Workshop: First Aid and Crisis Management
Imagine a worst case scenario happening today - what do you do? In this workshop, we will first discuss how to respond to an abrupt crisis, and then we will explore the structure of an escalating crisis, as well as response strategies. We will also begin scenario mapping and contingency planning for the worst case scenario you have identified.
