Our Commitment to our Clients and to Sustainable Innovation

Ethics is a cornerstone of Unbuilt Labs’ service. At a basic level, we ask the question whether a project will do more harm than good to shared peace and prosperity for all. This is a difficult question - sometimes even the most well-intentioned people can only do so much within real world constraints and make the best out of a terrible situation. We understand that we should never let perfect be the enemy of good, but we always try our best to understand the unintentional consequences of our and our clients’ actions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including any person or legal entity, in order to meet the demands of our ethics statement.
