Each program has its own set of admissions criteria. Please click on “Apply and Pay Now“ from the program page to access the application form.

All programs are taught, moderated, and administered in English. To ensure you have a rewarding experience, we require proficiency in English.
If English is your second language, or if you have less than one year of experience in an English-speaking work environment, we may request documentation of English proficiency.
Acceptable documents could include:
Degrees earned at English-speaking colleges and universities
Results of English language proficiency tests

Payment Policies
-
The program fee covers tuition and program materials.
-
Full payment is due together with your application. We offer a full refund if your application is unsuccessful.
-
For individuals, we are only accepting payment via our online payment processor at this time.
Please reach out if you are looking for more payment options as a group or organization client.

We offer a full refund if you request for cancellation at least 30 days prior to the program start date, subject to relevant client engagement letters where applicable (such as for custom programs or programs for organizations).
We also offer a full refund if your application is unsuccessful.

As an alternative to cancellation, participants who have paid in full may request one deferral to a future confirmed program. Deferral requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date.
Deferral requests will be reviewed based on space available and admissions policies. If admitted, participants may be responsible for any difference between the program fee they have already paid and the program fee for the future program.
Course Policies
-
We reserve the right to alter our program fees at any time. These changes do not affect participants who have already paid in full.
From time to time, we may offer promotions including, but not limited to, scholarships or discount codes. These promotions will only be valid for specified periods, and any and all conditions must be complied with in order to successfully redeem or qualify for promotional benefits. Promotions only apply to new orders and they cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify any such promotions, at any time without notice or consequence.
-
Our programs do not provide accreditation or lead to an accredited diploma or a degree. Upon successful completion of a program, participants receive a certificate of completion.
-
Participants are expected to attend and participate in all sessions of a program in order to earn their certificate.
Any missed sessions may result in forfeiting the receipt of the certificate.
-
You will receive your certificate via email once you have completed the program. We do not offer a physical certificate at this time.
We reserve the right to alter, edit, or change the design and content of the certificate.
-
